The second day’s quote is taken from the book Die Trying by Lee Child:
It wasn’t the end of the world. Just felt like it.
In our lives people come and go, for whatever reason. It hurts and often feels like one’s world is crashing down. We fall into despair, die a thousand death inside and sometimes do things to ourselves and others we regret later on. When we finally move on, we still suffer from the loss and act and feel accordingly. I’ve been and still am this way at times. However, this quote taught me to think differently. It’s okay, even necessary, to be sad but still life goes on and it’s always good to have a way to deal with feelings at hand. Feelings pass. Even the end of the world won’t be the end forever. It can be a new beginning…
That’s it for Day #2
